Our products

SanLuma sells downloadable digital guides (PDF documents) for educational purposes. Products are delivered electronically; nothing physical is shipped.

License

When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the files, or use them to create competing products.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within our guides, including text, design, and the SanLuma name and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any unlawful way.

No warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” for educational purposes, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or suitable for your particular situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SanLuma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our guides. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
