Refund & Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains your right of withdrawal and our approach to refunds for SanLuma’s downloadable digital guides.

14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer in the EU, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Digital products downloaded immediately

Please noteOur guides are digital content delivered immediately, not on a physical medium. Under Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout you provide this consent and acknowledgement, and download access is granted immediately. As a result, once you start the download, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies.

If something goes wrong

We want you to receive what you paid for. If your file fails to download, is corrupted, or you were charged in error, contact us at hello@sanluma.com within a reasonable time and we will help — for example by re-sending the correct file or, at our discretion, issuing a refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law beyond the lawful exclusion described above.
